allocPSA is a complete, organisation-wide business solution that integrates all practice groups and functions in a professional services company, into a single computer system. allocPSA consists of a set of tightly integrated software modules for business areas such as resource planning, project management, time and expenses, integration with existing invoicing, book-keeping and payroll systems, issue tracking, messages, announcements, reminders and knowledge management, collaboration, services supply chain, human resources and staff skilling and management of cost-centres.

Commercial Support.

Cyber IT Solutions provides commercial support for allocPSA. Free, community-based support is also available.

Per-Incident

The first level of commercial support is on a per-incident basis. This is priced at US$200. Per-incident support is offered on a best-effort basis and is capped at two (2) hours actual expended effort.

Service Level Agreement Pre-Purchase Block

The service level of support is a pre-paid incident support block. By purchasing a pre-paid support block (in multiples of 5 incidents), you can save through a price discount and you are also placed on a Service Level Agreement (SLA). The service level agreement gaurantees that we will actively work towards resolving your support incident within two hours of initial notification. This is during AEST (UTC +10) standard business hours, Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, excluding public holidays. Pricing for pre-paid support block hours are:

• 5 incidents US$950
• 10 incidents US$1800
• 25 incidents US$3750

Customisation

Cyber IT Solutions also makes available a development and customisation service. If allocPSA does most of what your business needs but could benefit from specific functionality to it to better integrate with your existing business systems or processes, speak to us about a free quote to add those features into allocPSA.

Free and Open Source

allocPSA offers your firm the ultimate in flexible deployment integration and ongoing control. To that end, the complete source code for allocPSA is supplied under the the Affero GNU Public License (AGPL).
